The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering our client, a famous Tech MNC
• We are looking for a Business Analyst - Partner Performance
• The role will start out as a contract
• Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred

The Talent

• Experience in relevant positions such as Business Analyst, Sales Operations Analyst, Partner Performance Analyst, etc
• Ability to handle high pressure and deliver reports with shorter notice
• Ability to network and collaborate with the Market Units and various LoBs
• Ability to produce error free reports and ensure high reliability of data
• Understand different internal systems and data sources and be able to produce integrated reports
• Must be highly skilled and an expert on MS Excel and Power Point with very good Communication skills
• Comfortable with using reporting tools powered by AI e.g Claude

Job Description

• Design, blueprint, and build Partner Performance, Indirect sales supporting reporting with an end goal of automating processes, simplifying and optimising reports
• Provide system and user support and enablement through documentation, hands-on support, etc.
• Manage aspects of maintenance of related infrastructure incl. documentation.
• Ensure data stewardship - including defining the right sources and how to enable simple execution.
• Position yourself as content/process specialist for related hands-on sales support
• Proactively identify opportunities to optimize consumption of related content and reports through relevant or innovative tactics and tools
• Coaching others on how to use relevant reporting tools
• Provide high quality Management reporting based on MS Power point and XLS
• Assist for weekly, monthly, quarterly and adhoc reporting support to the team including
