Responsibilities

About The Company

A reputable real estate investment trust (REIT) that comes with a diverse asset portfolio (office, commercial, and industrial). The leasing team is expanding and seeking potential candidates for newly created Executive and Managerial headcount.

About The Job

  • Understand market demand, conduct market research, and develop a feasible leasing plan for the office and commercial properties within the company’s asset portfolio.
  • Implement strategies for the leasing department to achieve the leasing targets and occupancy goals.
  • Build rapport with tenants, stakeholders, agents, business partners, and others.
  • Oversee the negotiation and execution of lease agreements and other contracts, ensuring adherence to legal standards.
  • Handle and attend to leasing enquiries/ complaints, tenancy liaison and coordination with tenants and internal departments for matters related to tenancy.
  • Provide support and assistance to the operations team with regards to tenants’ fit-out works, including providing recommendations or comments on issues related to design impacts of the retail outlets.
  • Prepare reports/presentations on the status and performance of leasing activities on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Develop leasing budgets, revenue forecasts, and expense controls to optimize the financial performance of the assets.

Skills And Experience Required

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in office, commercial or industrial leasing.
  • Experience managing leasing operations across multiple assets or buildings is an advantage.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Malaysian property market.
