Responsibilities
Project Sales Manager
Raizo Smart Living & Smart Hospitality is looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Sales Manager to expand our business with property developers, hotels, consultants, architects, interior designers, and contractors across Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities and build strong relationships with property developers, hotel operators, consultants, architects, interior designers, contractors, and system integrators.
Promote Raizo's Smart Living and Smart Hospitality solutions, including smart home systems, hotel door locks, guest room management systems (GRMS), hotel automation, self check-in kiosks, and other intelligent technologies.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and presentations to proposal preparation, negotiation, and project award.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Coordinate closely with the technical, project, and customer service teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Attend industry exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings to expand business opportunities.
Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market intelligence.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of project sales experience, preferably in building materials, smart home, hospitality, security, or construction-related industries.
Strong network with property developers, hotels, consultants, architects, or contractors is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and willing to travel.
Possess a valid driving licence and own transport.
