Job Description
- Monitoring and managing SPX Expansion standard operating procedures
- Establish processes and identify appropriate indicators to monitor performance and progress
- Draw up project plans and communicate effectively across multiple involved internal stakeholders to align on scope timelines and expectations
- Develop data-backed strategies and support the teams in executing the strategies
- Initiate and spearhead internal projects
- Maintain and manage project timelines, expectations, tasks and resources
- 1-3 years working experience in project management or related functions
- Proficient in Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides and etc)
- Advance skills in Excel/Google Sheets for dashboard/tracker creation
- Strong logical thinking, problem-solving and communication skills
- Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
- Experience in Appscript is an added advantage
