We're a fast-paced and dynamic marketing technology company with an energetic work environment. We're seeking a highly determined individual who's eager to improve and grow with our Finance team. We value individuals who are not only proactive and self-disciplined but also committed to execution and seeing tasks through to completion.
Job Description:
What will your role be?
- Play a key role in driving finance automation and digitalization — from mapping current workflows and identifying inefficiencies, to piloting low-code/no-code tools and building solutions that connect systems and eliminate manual work.
- Build dashboards and reporting tools that give leadership real-time visibility, and champion adoption of new tools and workflows across the finance team so improvements stick.
- Support day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping, ensuring accurate and timely financial records.
- Support statutory and tax filings, and coordination with auditors, tax consultants, and company secretaries.
Your success factors?
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Actuarial Science, or a related field. We're open to candidates from non-finance backgrounds who bring strong analytical thinking and a genuine interest in process improvement — fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in macros/VBA, Power Query, SQL, Python, or other automation/scripting tools is a strong plus
- Curious and proactive — always asking "is there a faster/better way to do this?" and comfortable experimenting with new tools, unafraid to try, fail, and try again.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and accountability.
Why join us?
A great opportunity to contribute hands-on to finance automation and process improvement as our group scales across markets — with guidance from an experienced finance team and visible, real impact from day one.
