Job Summary The Wellness Ambassador is responsible for promoting the health, wellbeing and comfort of residents and guests by delivering personalised support and exceptional service throughout their stay. The role works closely with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams to create a safe, welcoming and engaging environment while encouraging independence, dignity and quality of life. The Wellness Ambassador supports the resort's commitment to providing a holistic senior living experience through compassionate care, meaningful engagement and professional hospitality. Key Responsibilities • Build positive and trusting relationships with residents and guests through compassionate and personalised service. • Support the wellbeing, comfort and daily experience of residents while respecting their dignity, privacy and independence. • Observe residents' general wellbeing and promptly report any concerns or changes to the appropriate supervisor or healthcare team. • Assist residents and guests with non-clinical requests and coordinate support with relevant departments. • Promote and encourage participation in wellness, recreational and social activities organised by the resort. • Provide information on the resort's facilities, wellness programmes and available services. • Coordinate with Guest Services, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Recreation, Nursing and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. • Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries, requests and feedback from residents, guests and family members. • Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures. • Ensure all interactions reflect the resort's values of professionalism, compassion, respect and service excellence. Job Requirements • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare, Caregiving, Hospitality Management, Wellness Management or a related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience in senior living, retirement living, healthcare, hospitality, guest services or wellness services. • Candidates with a nursing background, caregiving experience or healthcare certification will have an added advantage. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Compassionate, patient and passionate about supporting the wellbeing of older adults. • Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
