Mapletree Hiring! Full Time Intern, Financial Planning - Analysis in - Ricebowl

You will be part of the Mapletree Internship Programme under the Financial Planning & Analysis Team, working full-time from August 2026 to December 2026.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in monthly and quarterly forecasting, preparation of Economic Value Added (“EVA”) works
• Assist in analyzing industry peers' key performance metrics
• Support the data preparation and cleansing for the roll-out of new system or process improvement.
• Assist in preparation of financial highlights for results presentation and annual report
• Support any other ad-hoc assignments as required.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Prior internship or relevant work experience is a plus but not required.
