We are looking for an experienced Modern Workplace Software Architect to design, architect, and implement enterprise collaboration and productivity solutions using the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Microsoft Graph, Microsoft Teams, and SPFx, along with strong architecture and technical leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design enterprise-scale Modern Workplace solutions using Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Define solution architecture for SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform.
• Lead architecture discussions and establish technology standards and best practices.
• Develop scalable and secure collaboration solutions.
• Design integrations using Microsoft Graph and REST APIs.
• Architect SharePoint Framework (SPFx) solutions and custom web parts.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review technical designs and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.
• Evaluate new Microsoft technologies and recommend modernization strategies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, developers, and infrastructure teams.
• Ensure governance, security, compliance, and performance standards are followed.
• Support solution estimation, technical planning, and project delivery.
