Job Description

• Drive new business acquisition and expand the company's freight forwarding and logistics customer portfolio.
• Develop and manage key customer relationships while identifying opportunities for cross-selling logistics solutions across sea freight, air freight, transportation, and warehousing.
• Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure service excellence, customer retention, and achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• The ideal candidate will have proven business development experience within the freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain industry, with a strong track record in hunting for new business and managing customer relationships.
• They should possess excellent commercial acumen, strong communication and negotiation skills, and be capable of driving revenue growth across air freight, sea freight, transportation, and warehousing solutions.
• Candidates with an existing customer network, a proactive sales mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment will be highly regarded.
