We are looking for motivated and passionate candidates to pursue Master's and PhD studies in Photonics at the Photonics Research Centre (PRC), Universiti Malaya.

Our research focuses on cutting-edge photonics technologies, including:

Fiber Lasers

Fiber Optic Sensors

Optical Waveguides

Advanced Photonic Devices

Graduate Research Assistant (GRA) position

Full tuition fee exemption

Monthly stipend

Hands-on research training and mentorship

Opportunities to publish in high-impact journals

Participation in international conferences and exhibitions

Collaborative and supportive research environment

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably in Physics, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or related disciplines)

• No minimum CGPA requirement for admission

• Bachelor's graduates with CGPA ≥ 3.00 are encouraged to apply directly for the PhD programme

• Enthusiastic, hardworking, and willing to learn new skills

• Able to enroll as a full-time postgraduate student at Universiti Malaya
