We are partnering with a leading global technology organization (US MNC) to hire a couple of Technical Program Manager with experience delivering AI-ready or high-density data centre infrastructure, including GPU infrastructure, hyperscale data centre deployment, power and cooling readiness, network infrastructure, vendor coordination, commissioning and operational handover.

This is a high-impact role responsible for end-to-end program ownership, managing concurrent data centre builds, and ensuring successful delivery across design, construction, and operational handover. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver mission-critical infrastructure that supports large-scale cloud and network operations.

• 12 months contract (renewable) | Possible to perm conversion for good performers
• Renumeration package flexible, subject to candidate’s overall relevant experience

• Willing to shuffle between SG and JB frequently

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end program delivery, from strategy and planning through execution and handover
• Develop and implement long-term infrastructure and network build strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage data centre construction projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure seamless coordination
• Oversee tenant fit-out and low-voltage (LV) integration across project phases
• Drive vendor and contractor management, including selection, negotiation, and performance tracking
• Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and financial governance
• Identify and mitigate project risks to maintain delivery timelines
• Maintain strong stakeholder communication, providing regular updates and resolving issues
• Ensure quality assurance standards are met across all project phases
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, coordination, and quality

The ideal candidate should be/have:

• 10 to 12 years of experience in Technical Program Management / ICT Infrastructure / Network Infrastructure Project Management
• CCNA, CCNP, Juniper, or equivalent networking certifications are a strong advantage
• Those with IT Infrastructure TPM, Network TPM, or Software TPM experience with networking exposure are highly preferred
• Proven track record in managing large-scale data centre construction or infrastructure projects
• Strong expertise in: Data centre design and delivery, Network infrastructure and cabling (copper, fibre, bulk fibre). Project planning, scheduling, and tracking
• Prior experience supporting AI-ready data centre, GPU infrastructure, high-density compute, HPC, hyperscale or colocation data centre deployment will be advantageous
• Solid experience in vendor management and contract negotiation
• Strong budgeting and financial management capabilities
• Demonstrated ability in risk management and problem-solving in complex environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Those who can start work immediately or within a short notice are preferred
