About the Role
We are building the next generation of payment infrastructure and are looking for an Analytics, Strategy & AI Specialist to join our team.
This is not a traditional reporting or business intelligence role. You will work at the intersection of analytics, strategy and AI, partnering closely with senior leadership to solve complex business problems, build scalable data capabilities, and accelerate the growth of our payments business.

Key Responsibilities
Analytics & Insights
- Analyze payment, customer and operational data to generate actionable business insights.
- Develop dashboards, KPIs and analytical frameworks to support business decision-making.
- Identify trends, risks and opportunities to improve business performance.
AI & Automation
- Build AI-powered tools and automate business workflows using Python, SQL and modern AI technologies.
- Identify and implement AI use cases to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and drive AI adoption across the business.
Strategy & Business Growth
- Support strategic initiatives through market research, business analysis and data-driven recommendations.
- Evaluate new markets, payment methods and business opportunities.
- Prepare business cases and executive presentations for senior leadership.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with Commercial, Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance and Technology teams to solve business challenges.
- Lead analytical projects from problem definition through implementation.
- Help build scalable analytics capabilities and foster a data-driven culture.
Qualifications & Experience
Required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or a related discipline.
- Around 2–4 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following:
- FinTech or Payments
- Banking or Financial Services
- Technology companies
- Consulting
- Management Associate or Graduate Leadership Programs
- Strong SQL and Python programming skills with the ability to analyze, manipulate and automate large datasets.
- Experience using Power BI, Datawind or other modern BI and analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving and quantitative skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Preferred
- Experience working with payment, financial or transaction data.
- Hands-on experience with AI technologies, including LLMs, AI agents or workflow automation.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery or similar.
- Experience building dashboards, data pipelines or internal analytical tools.
- Experience in a startup, scale-up or zero-to-one environment.
- Experience working across multiple business functions, including Commercial, Operations, Finance, Risk and Technology.
