What You'll Do

• Support and maintain server hardware and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
• Configure, deploy, and upgrade system environments to support business operations.
• Monitor and maintain system reliability, stability, and availability.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and system issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system security controls.
• Support telephony system integration, including SIP trunking.
• Maintain data ownership, backup, and management processes to ensure business continuity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational requirements and infrastructure deployments.

What We're Looking For

• Basic experience or foundational knowledge of server hardware and infrastructure components.
• Familiarity with Linux operating systems, including RHEL/CentOS and Debian/Ubuntu.
• Understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, firewalls, routing, NFS/NAS, and NTP.
• Experience or exposure to Linux package management tools (e.g., yum, apt).
• Experience in configuring and deploying system environments.
