Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Diploma or Certificate in Landscape Management, Horticulture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in landscape construction, site supervision, maintenance, or project site operations.
• Site Supervision: Proven experience in supervising landscape works, coordinating subcontractors, monitoring daily site activities, and ensuring projects are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of landscape construction methods, horticultural practices, irrigation systems, hardscape works, and basic civil works. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Quality, Safety & Compliance: Familiar with quality control procedures, workplace safety requirements, and compliance with project specifications and company standards.
• Planning & Problem Solving: Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve site issues promptly.
• Communication & Coordination: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Organisation & Time Management: Well-organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple site activities while meeting project timelines.
• Work Independence: Able to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing effectively as part of a team.
• Mobility & Flexibility: Willing to travel and work at various project sites as required.
• Physical Requirements: Physically fit and able to work outdoors under various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate landscape site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure work is carried out in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and schedules.
• Conduct daily site briefings, monitor workforce attendance, and oversee daily site operations to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure the proper use, maintenance, and availability of tools, equipment, materials, and machinery required for landscape works.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety requirements, project specifications, quality standards, and company policies.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports, including work progress, manpower, materials, and site issues.
• Monitor project progress, coordinate site activities, and ensure timely completion of landscape works within the approved schedule and budget.
• Monitor material usage and project costs, support cost control initiatives, and assist in managing variation works and site-related documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure effective communication, project execution, and successful project delivery.
• Assist in worker recruitment, onboarding, and training, while promoting continuous improvement in site operations.
• Support the implementation of quality, safety, environmental, and operational improvement initiatives as directed by Management.
