Role Description

We are hiring for a full-time position based in Johor Bahru.

• Document Management : Maintain and control project documents, drawings and records.
• Storage & Security: Ensure all documents are properly categorized, stored, and backed up.
• Distribution: Manage and ensure all documents are transmitted in a timely and accurate manner.
• Production Operations: Activation of FA/1st production/ECN to plant.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams to support document control needs.
• Data Privacy: Maintain confidentially and security of all company documents and information.
• Financial Support: Perform other duties for supporting costing.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum SPM qualification.
• Experience: None required: Open to fresh school leavers.
• Skills: Must be bilingual and willing to learn.
