Role Purpose

Support strategic and operational HR functions, partnering with school leaders to drive recruitment, employee engagement, and effective employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Business Partnering

• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and engagement.
• Provide HR advice and ensure compliance with policies and employment regulations.
• Support organizational change and people initiatives.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for academic and non-academic roles.
• Coordinate sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, safeguarding and onboarding.
• Build talent pipelines and support employer branding initiatives.

Employee Lifecycle Management

• Manage onboarding, probation, contract renewals, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
• Maintain employee records and HRIS data accuracy.
• Support payroll, benefits administration, and annual HR processes.

Employee Relations & Compliance

• Handle employee queries, investigations, disciplinary and grievance matters.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, safeguarding requirements, and HR policies.
