About the Roles

We are seeking a Safety Coordinator to support construction safety operations across islandwide project sites, with the office based in Ubi. This is a permanent role with a 5.5-day work schedule (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm; Saturday, 8am to 12pm), offering a competitive package comprising basic salary, AWS, and $300 transport allowance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Ensure workplace safety and health practices meet the requirements of the WSH Act and relevant regulations.
• Maintain safety and health documentation in line with company standards and ISO 45001 requirements.
• Implement and oversee the site Safety Management Plan.
• Identify potential hazards and recommend suitable risk control measures.
• Conduct regular site inspections and facilitate safety committee meetings.
• Review and improve safety procedures whenever necessary.
• Provide safety guidance and professional support to site management teams.
• Update the Project Manager and project stakeholders on EHS programmes and progress.
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings and manage Permit-to-Work records.
• Address unsafe work practices and conditions through timely corrective actions.
• Investigate workplace incidents and prepare detailed investigation reports.
• Monitor corrective and preventive action follow-ups to ensure proper completion.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by management.

What We’re Looking For

• Possess an Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health.
• Certified in Risk Management and First Aid.
• Have at least 3 years of relevant WSH experience, preferably within the construction industry.
• Demonstrate good knowledge of workplace safety regulations and site safety practices.
• Communicate effectively with workers, management, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Display a responsible, safety-focused, and positive working attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
