About the Roles

Join our team as a Field Service Engineer with an Engineering Solutions organization, supporting customer sites across Singapore with the office based in Tuas. This is a permanent position with a structured 5-day work schedule (Monday to Friday, 8.30AM to 6.15PM) and an attractive package including basic salary, AWS, and variable bonus. The role offers the opportunity to work on technical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting projects involving compressor and dryer systems.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the installation, commissioning, testing, and start-up of compressor and dryer units to ensure operational readiness.
• Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic faults in air compressors and refrigeration dryers.
• Attend customer service requests and carry out scheduled maintenance to minimise equipment downtime.
• Oversee production activities to help maintain efficient operations and reduce interruptions.
• Prepare service quotations and spare parts proposals accurately for repair and maintenance works.
• Organise daily and weekly service schedules to optimise resources and customer support.
• Conduct technical briefings and provide equipment usage guidance to customers.

What We’re Looking For

• Possess a Certificate, NiTEC, Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Have at least 5 years of relevant experience in a related field.
• Hold a valid Class 3 driving licence to operate a service lorry or van in Singapore.
