Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in neonatal care within a hospital or clinical setting highly preferred for confinement centre but not a must to have
• Ability to work 2 rotating shifts (Monday to Sunday)
• Working schedule: 4 days/week
• Certified as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) preferred but not a must to have
• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) is a must
• At least 2 years experience for Registered Nurses
• Singaporean or PRs may apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and operate the neonatal care unit
• Monitor and provide care for newborns
• Educate mothers on breastfeeding techniques
• Provide guidance on newborn bathing
• Respond promptly to neonatal emergencies
• Work in a team to ensure safety and health guidelines in nursery
