Hotel Maintenance Technician

Basic salary: Up to $3500

Location: CBD

Working Hrs: 8.30am to 5.30pm (6days work)

• Conduct regular inspection, troubleshooting and preventive and minor repairs to building work and M&E works including air-conditioning, electrical, plumbing and fire protection.
• Any other handyman assignments directed by Management.
• Experience with mechanical/electrical installations and systems.

Good knowledge on fire safety system, building, electrical and plumbing services.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in building or facilities maintenance
• NITEC in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical, Facility Technology or equivalent
• Good working knowledge in building, mechanical & electrical systems————————————————————————————————————
