Bright Key Holdings Limited Hiring! Full Time Music Director in Hong Kong, Earn up to HKD 40,000 - Ricebowl

We are working with our partners to open new F&B outlets in various locations in Hong Kong and are looking into bringing the latest trends in entertainment in Europe and other major cities to Hong Kong. Currently, we are looking for a music director to oversee the music programing of our new outlets. We expect candidates for the music director position to possess the following quality:

· have extensive experience in working with music talents across Asia and Europe;

· have in-depth knowledge of a wide selection of genres of dance music in Asia and Europe;

· have worked as a promoter, event curator, music director, or other similar positions with established venues in Asia and Europe;

· in good relationship with booking agents, venue owners and industry gatekeepers across Asia, Southeast Asia and Europe;

· demonstrate a thorough understanding of dance music trends on an international level;

· have direct access to performers and talents of different genres of dance music in Europe.

The Music Director will be responsible for:

· designing and programming music playlists and DJ sets to match the venues’ theme and audience;

· coordinating with DJs/VJs on music selection and performance flow;

· supervising music scheduling and ensuring smooth music transition during operating hours/events;

· providing recommendations to the Employer on sound/music programming strategy;

· assisting with special nights/promotions;

· ensuring music selection and volume comply with Applicable Laws and venue policies.

Pay: $25,000.00 - $40,000.00 per month
