Role Overview

As an Operations Executive – Order Fulfilment & Logistics, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of the end-to-end order fulfilment process. You will be responsible for managing order exceptions, maintaining delivery quality standards, monitoring fleet performance, and ensuring timely deliveries that meet the company's Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Working closely with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Finance, you will coordinate daily operations, resolve delivery-related issues, optimize delivery routes, and drive continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Be in charge of major tasks within the Order Processing flow, namely the exception management of orders, ensuring the highest quality control of orders during outbound, in-transit and inbound.

Monitor, keep comprehensive records, and forecast the performance of our delivery fleet to meet our SLA to our customers.

Be on top of delivery tracking, issue escalation, and resolution within the internal team.

Coordinate the flow of information between multiple internal channels such as the Supply Chain, warehouse, and finance operations team.

Meet KPIs set by the team lead on time and provide full support to the Operations team with ad-hoc tasks, projects, or reporting when required.

Route planning, coordination, and optimization of delivery routes for maximum efficiency.

Requirements

• SPM/Certificate/Diploma in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is added advantage
• plus, with a minimum of 1-2 years experience in daily Logistic operations
• Previous experience in a similar position.
• Strong working knowledge of Logistic operations and management.

Working hours & days :
Monday to Friday : 9am to 6pm
Saturday : Half Day
Lunch Hour : 1 hour
Sunday - Rest Day

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
