3D Printer Technician (Contract)

Job Type: Contract, full-time (project-based)
Start: As soon as possible

About the Role

Operate, maintain and troubleshoot 3D printers, prepare work piece and assist in designing using Solidwork to support production and prototyping activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor 3D printing machines for production or prototyping.
• Prepare and process 3D models/files for printing.
• Perform basic machine setup, calibration and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot printing issues and machine errors.
• Conduct post-processing work (cleaning, finishing, inspection).
• Ensure print quality and material usage meet requirements.
• Assist in designing using Solidwork

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma / Certificate in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of 3D printing technology.
• Familiar with 3D printing software and machine operation.
• Familiar with Solidwork.
• Able to perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.

Work Location

• Shah Alam, Selangor
• Relocation to the next project site within Peninsular Malaysia (as assigned).
