Sales & Operations Executive

Sang Ruminan Empire is a growing halal meat supplier based in Selayang. We are looking for a responsible, proactive and fast learner to join our team and grow together with the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via Whatsapp, phone call, social media (Shopee, Tiktok, FB, IG)
• Prepare quotations, invoices and follow up with customers
• Assist in daily shop and operational activities
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers
• Assist in marketing activities and content creation
• Monitor stock and coordinate with the operations team
• Support the management team with operation administrative and business development tasks

Requirements

• Malaysian citizen
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English both verbal and written
• Responsible, honest and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Computer literacy (MS Office, Whatsapp and social media)

Monday - Saturday

9.00AM - 7.00PM
