Are you passionate about property development and project management? Join our team as a Project Executive and gain hands-on exposure in managing real estate projects, from planning, authority approvals, implementation, construction coordination, up to project handover.

You will work closely with the Project Manager, consultants, contractors, authorities, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating property development activities from pre-development to project completion.
• Support the preparation of Master Implementation Programme (MIP), project schedules, and development documentation.
• Coordinate with government authorities, consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders on project approvals and submissions.
• Follow up on permits, licences, approvals, and regulatory requirements to support project implementation.
• Review and understand architectural drawings, engineering drawings, project plans, and technical documents.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timelines, requirements, and deliverables are achieved.
• Assist in project feasibility assessments, including basic understanding of GDV, project costs, profitability, and cash flow.
• Support project documentation, reporting, and progress tracking.
• Assist the Project Manager and Property Development Team in ensuring smooth project delivery.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Property Development, Real Estate, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in property development, project management, construction, or related industries.
• Good understanding of property development processes, authority submissions, approvals, tender processes, and project implementation.
• Experience coordinating with authorities, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Ability to understand architectural drawings, engineering drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to be based in Pasir Gudang, Johor and travel when required.
