A Packing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily packing operations to ensure products are packed accurately, safely, and efficiently while meeting quality and production targets.

responsibilities include:

• Supervising and coordinating packing staff on each shift.
• Planning and monitoring daily packing schedules to meet production targets.
• Ensuring products are packed according to company specifications and customer requirements.
• Monitoring product quality and identifying defective or non-conforming products.
• Ensuring packaging materials are available and used efficiently to minimize waste.
• Training new employees and providing guidance on packing procedures and safety.
• Maintaining cleanliness, 5S, and GMP (where applicable) in the packing area.
• Preparing daily production and packing reports.
• Coordinating with Production, Warehouse, and Quality Control departments to resolve operational issues.
• Enforcing workplace safety policies and company procedures.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
