We are seeking an experienced and motivated Security Guard Manager to lead our security operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing security personnel, ensuring high-quality security services, maintaining client satisfaction, and overseeing daily operational activities

• Supervise and manage security guards across assigned sites.
• Prepare duty rosters and ensure adequate staffing.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor guard performance.
• Recruit, train, and mentor security personnel.
• Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and security procedures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Coordinate emergency responses and resolve operational issues.
• Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of security staff.
• Recommend improvements to security operations and service quality.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in the security industry, with 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Able to work under pressure and respond effectively to emergencies.
• Possess a valid driver's license and willing to travel to client sites when required.
• Clean disciplinary and criminal record.
• Knowledge of security operations, risk assessment, and emergency response procedures.
• Experience in client relationship management and handling operational issues.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, when operationally required.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are an advantage.
