• Manage daily communication with customers regarding shipment bookings, delivery status, and documentation.
• Process shipment bookings accurately and ensure all required documents are complete.
• Coordinate with operations, warehousing, transport, and customs clearance teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Track shipments proactively and provide timely updates to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and service-related issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate customer and shipment records in the company system.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and customer requirements.
• Prepare reports and monitor service performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in customer service within the logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, or supply chain industry.
• Knowledge of import/export procedures and shipping documentation is an advantage.
• Good understanding of sea freight, air freight, or contract logistics operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using logistics or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
