Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and optimisation of the University's digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, drive student enquiries, and achieve student enrolment targets. The role involves managing digital campaigns, creating engaging content, analysing marketing performance, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support the University's marketing and recruitment objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, student recruitment, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Willing to travel and work flexible hours during recruitment periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, Google Ads, email marketing, websites, and other digital channels.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging digital content aligned with the University's branding and marketing objectives.
- Monitor and optimise campaign performance through data analysis to maximise engagement, lead generation, and return on investment (ROI).
- Assist in managing the University's website content and ensure information is accurate, updated, and optimised for search engines (SEO).
- Support the development of marketing materials, including digital advertisements, videos, brochures, and promotional content.
- Support student recruitment campaigns to achieve enrolment targets for undergraduate, postgraduate, and professional programmes.
- Participate in education fairs, roadshows, school visits, open days, and other marketing and recruitment activities as required.
- Assist in generating and nurturing prospective student leads through digital platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote academic programmes, events, and institutional initiatives effectively.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and best practices in higher education marketing.
- Monitor industry developments and digital marketing trends to recommend innovative marketing strategies.
- Track and analyse digital marketing KPIs, website traffic, social media performance, and lead conversion metrics.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on digital marketing performance, student enquiries, and campaign outcomes for Management.
- Liaise with internal departments, external agencies, vendors, and education partners to ensure the timely execution of marketing initiatives.
- Support the coordination of local and international marketing activities, including collaborations with education agents where required.
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration across departments to support the University's marketing objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve digital marketing processes, campaign effectiveness, and operational efficiencies.
- Recommend and implement best practices to enhance marketing performance and user engagement.
- Support departmental initiatives related to quality assurance, process improvement, and change management.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
