Job Responsibilities

* Provide friendly and professional customer service.

* Recommend suitable healthcare products and supplements (training provided).

* Assist the pharmacist with daily pharmacy operations.

* Process cashier transactions accurately.

* Replenish shelves, receive stock, and maintain inventory.

* Practice FEFO/FIFO and check product expiry dates.

* Ensure products are well displayed with correct price tags and promotions.

* Maintain outlet cleanliness and organization.

* Handle customer enquiries and refer medication-related questions to the pharmacist when necessary.

Requirements

* Minimum SPM qualification (Diploma/related healthcare background is an advantage).

* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

* Pharmacy, retail, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

* Friendly, responsible, and willing to learn.

* Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English.

* Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

* RM1,800 – RM2,500++ (depending on experience)
