Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching & Learning

• Plan and deliver engaging daily lessons based on the school's curriculum.
• Create fun, hands-on learning experiences through play and exploration.
• Foster children's language, literacy, numeracy, and social skills.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs.

Classroom Management

• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment.
• Establish positive routines and encourage good behaviour through positive guidance.
• Ensure children's health, hygiene, and safety at all times.
• Prepare and organise teaching materials and learning centres.

Child Development

• Observe and document each child's learning and developmental progress.
• Complete children's portfolios, assessments, and progress reports.
• Identify children who may need additional support and work with the academic team when necessary.

Parent Communication

• Build positive relationships with parents.
• Provide regular updates on children's learning and well-being.
• Participate in parent-teacher meetings and school events.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with fellow teachers and teaching assistants.
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development.
• Support school programmes, celebrations, and special events.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who has:

• KAP or Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience teaching in a preschool or childcare setting is an advantage.
• A genuine love for working with young children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, patience, creativity, and enthusiasm.
• Good command of English. Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
