Working Hours:
- 5.5-day work week
- Rotational schedule within operating hours of 8:15 AM – 10:00 PM
Monthly Salary:
- RM3,000 – RM5,000 (including performance incentives)

Requirements
- Minimum SPM, STPM, UEC, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Able to read, write, and communicate in Mandarin (required for teaching).
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous teaching or tutoring experience is an advantage but not required.
- Passionate about education and committed to helping students succeed.
- Patient, responsible, and caring when working with children and teenagers.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
Responsibilities
- Conduct and assist tuition classes for primary and secondary school students.
- Teach Mandarin and other core academic subjects where required.
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons, workshops, enrichment programmes, and holiday classes.
- Guide and motivate students to achieve their academic goals.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Monitor students' academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Support administrative duties, including student records, class scheduling, and parent communication.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to continuously improve teaching quality and student outcomes.
