Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Hours:

• 5.5-day work week
• Rotational schedule within operating hours of 8:15 AM – 10:00 PM

Monthly Salary:

• RM3,000 – RM5,000 (including performance incentives)

Requirements

• Minimum SPM, STPM, UEC, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in Mandarin (required for teaching).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous teaching or tutoring experience is an advantage but not required.
• Passionate about education and committed to helping students succeed.
• Patient, responsible, and caring when working with children and teenagers.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow professionally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and assist tuition classes for primary and secondary school students.
• Teach Mandarin and other core academic subjects where required.
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons, workshops, enrichment programmes, and holiday classes.
• Guide and motivate students to achieve their academic goals.
• Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
• Monitor students' academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Support administrative duties, including student records, class scheduling, and parent communication.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to continuously improve teaching quality and student outcomes.
