Responsibilities
We are seeking a passionate and sales-driven Client Advisor to join our luxury retail team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales performance, and building long-term client relationships through effective clienteling.
Town area (Takashimaya, MBS, Paragon)
Basic salary + Commission from $2400 per month
Mon to Sun, 5 days work week
Retail hours.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
Provide personalised service and develop strong client relationships through clienteling activities.
Acquire new clients and maintain regular client follow-ups.
Recommend products based on client needs and preferences.
Maintain store standards, visual merchandising, and stock organisation.
Support daily sales operations and reporting.
Requirements
Experience in luxury retail, premium retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
Strong passion for sales and customer relationship management.
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
