Technical Project Manager
Location: Bangsar South (Fully Onsite)
Employment Type: Contract (12 months, renewable)
Working Hours: Standard Office Hours

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager who can lead large-scale projects, drive successful delivery, and work closely with business and technical teams. The ideal candidate is confident managing stakeholders, presenting updates to senior management, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, tracking, and closure.
- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, resources, and success criteria.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
- Work closely with IT, operations, finance, and business teams to deliver solutions.
- Support technical implementation and ensure solutions are practical and scalable.
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiency.
- Prepare project reports, status updates, and presentations for management.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide clear communication on progress, challenges, and timelines.
- Support change management, user adoption, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
- Monitor post-implementation performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Project Manager managing large-scale projects.
- Proven track record of delivering projects within timeline and budget.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to senior management.
- Ability to clearly communicate project status, challenges, risks, and required support.
- Strong project planning, reporting, and documentation skills.
- Experience with technical projects, system implementation, or process improvement initiatives is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Confident, proactive, and able to work independently.
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
