Panel Executive
Salam Alliance HQ (Taman Putra Kajang)
ABOUT THE ROLE
Join our Panel Unit team and play a key role in managing medical claims processing for corporate and direct panel clients.
You will ensure accuracy, efficiency, and smooth coordination with stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle end-to-end processing of medical claims
- Verify claim details (diagnosis, procedures & billing)
- Prepare and submit claims in a timely manner
- Monitor outstanding claims & payment status
- Manage invoices and courier submissions to agencies
- Liaise with clinics, panel agencies & internal teams
- Resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth processing
- Maintain proper documentation and records
REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge in medical claims processing (added advantage)
- Experience liaising with insurance / TPA / panel agencies
- Familiar with claims systems & billing procedures
- Strong attention to detail & organizational skills
- Good communication & coordination skills
