Job Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates through social media, job portals and referrals.
• Advertise job vacancies on Facebook, TikTok, Indeed and other online platforms.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews and document verification.
• Guide candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate database.
• Respond to enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls and social media.
• Prepare recruitment reports and maintain accurate records.
• Attend career fairs, recruitment events and marketing activities when required.
• Work closely with the operations team to achieve recruitment targets.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in recruitment, sales or marketing is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Tamil or Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Active on social media platforms.
