• Monitor and verify daily attendance of production operators.
• Check night shift attendance and ensure manpower availability according to the production schedule.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
• Ensure all production records and documents are properly maintained and filed.
• Prepare, distribute, and update Job Orders (JO), Work Orders, and related production documents.
• Record daily production output by machine, product, and operator.
• Analyze production performance against production targets.
• Generate reports on production output, operator performance, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Perform any other administrative or operational duties assigned by the Production Manager or Management from time to time.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
