Driving adoption of AI-assisted development practices within engineering and delivery teams.

• Hands-on experience with AI coding and productivity tools, particularly GitHub Copilot (GHCP),

Microsoft Copilot or similar platforms.

• Experience establishing governance, best practices, and effective usage patterns for GitHub Copilot

(GHCP) across development teams.

• Strong background in software engineering, DevOps/DevSecOps, and modern development practices.

• Designing and delivering AI-related training, workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions, and hands-on

coaching for technology teams, including practical enablement on GitHub Copilot (GHCP) usage and

adoption.

• Helping teams identify, develop, and implement AI use cases, AI agents, and automation opportunities

that improve IT4IT productivity and technology process efficiency.

• Advising on AI best practices, governance considerations, and practical adoption approaches within

day-to-day delivery activities.

• Working closely with stakeholders to drive AI capability development and measurable productivity

improvements.

• Experience measuring and reporting on AI adoption outcomes, developer productivity improvements,

and value realization from AI tools such as GitHub Copilot (GHCP).

Pay: RM2,071.26 - RM10,000.00 per month
