We're looking for an experienced RF Hardware Engineer to join a global engineering team developing Fiber ONT Residential Gateways (RG) and Wi-Fi Access Points (AP).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and troubleshoot RF/Wi-Fi hardware circuits.
• Perform RF hardware validation, qualification testing, and failure analysis.
• Work closely with hardware, software, and application engineering teams.
• Review schematics, PCB layouts, BOMs, and engineering documentation.
• Prototype, evaluate, and optimize RF circuit performance.
• Support product certification and regulatory compliance testing.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing during production.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of RF hardware design experience.
• Hands-on experience with RF/Wi-Fi, wireless communication, or digital communication circuits.
• Knowledge of RF transmitters, receivers, antennas, and RF fundamentals.
• Experience using RF test equipment such as:
• Spectrum Analyzer
• Network Analyzer
• Oscilloscope
• Signal Analyzer
• DC Power Supply
• Familiarity with schematic capture, PCB layout, and simulation tools.
• Experience supporting regulatory certifications (FCC, CE, ETSI, etc.) is an advantage.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage but not mandatory.

Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM16,000.00 per month
