Job Responsibilities :
- To review and ensure all medical store procedures and SOP are adhered to;
- To define and structure an efficient and effective store management to ensure smooth daily activities and accuracy of receipt, storage, retrieval, picks and pack delivery and distribution:
- To ensure all items picked up are correct and shipped based on FIFO practice;
- Receive goods at the loading/receiving cargo/merchandise;
- Perform cargo check and ensure items are in correct quantity, proper packing without any leakage;
- Move inventory and materials across facilities;
- Load goods onto trucks for shipping;
- Package items and label correctly;
- Sort, organize and store inventory in a proper location;
- Report damaged or missing inventory to the management;
- Stack and organize large bulk items systematically;
- Ensure inventory ready for shipping;
- Prepare and check delivery order/picking list/packing list;
- Prepare documentation and inventory for audits;
- Ensure workspace is free of debris and remove safety hazards from aisles.
- To monitor, maintain, inventory counts and verify stock accuracy and to ensure sufficient materials always and all materials are controlled, stored and segregated properly;
- Responsible for inventory management to ensure accuracy of stock level according to department target and transactions, inform buyer once replenishment is required.
- To be responsible to prepare and analyses inventory reports with proper and systematic filling of all records and documents;
- To be responsible for stock count at least once a month;
- Works with other teams including sales, logistics and purchasing.
- Responsible for any other duties that are relevant and when assigned by the management;
- Responsible for medical store cleanliness (indoors and outdoors) and well housekeeping including tools and store equipment;
- Ensure pest control which shall be carried out accordingly by appointed vendor.
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/ Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, any field.
- Required skill(s): Warehouse And Inventory Management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
- Candidate must be able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English fluently.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent
- Independent, good communication skills, proactive, enthusiastic, team player.
