To support our vibrant and growing team, we’re looking for a dedicated Preschool Teacher to join us at Taman Molek center in Johor Bahru. This role is perfect for someone passionate about early childhood education and eager to shape the learning journey of young minds.

Role Overview

As a Preschool Teacher, you’ll be responsible for delivering meaningful early learning experiences. You’ll design and facilitate interactive lessons that spark curiosity, nurture development, and create a joyful learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for young children
• Develop weekly lesson plans and prepare teaching materials (e.g., flashcards, visual charts, hands-on learning tools)
• Guide classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning atmosphere
• Support children's daily routines, including feeding, hygiene, and diapering
• Collaborate with team members and Principal on day-to-day duties
• Foster strong connections with parents and communicate progress regularly
• Contribute to children’s developmental programs and track their learning progress
• Coordinate with therapists or co-teachers for special learning needs
• Organize and conduct Parent-Teacher Conferences
• Assist in implementing Early Intervention Plans with the team and parents
• Keep classroom clean, organized, and ready for learning each day
• Represent the school with warmth and professionalism in all interactions
• Take part in school-wide events, workshops, and monthly meetings
• Embrace your role as a Joyful Educator and team collaborator
• Support various projects and initiatives led by the school management

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education / Special Education or equivalent
• 1–3 years of relevant teaching experience (Fresh graduates are welcome with training provided)
• Able to work independently and take initiative in the classroom
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Basic understanding of child development theories and preschool best practices
• A team player with a nurturing heart and cheerful attitude
• Willing to relocate or commute to Johor Bahru (Adda Heights)

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-time
• Salary Range: RM1,900 – RM2,800 / month (commensurate with experience)
