Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
• Lead, motivate, and support production operators to achieve productivity, quality, and delivery targets.
• Monitor production output, manpower utilization, and production schedules to meet customer requirements.
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, safety guidelines, and company policies.
• Review production performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain production reports, attendance records, and operational documentation.
• Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments to improve production efficiency and product quality.
• Support continuous improvement activities to enhance productivity, reduce downtime, and improve yield performance.
• Ensure a safe and disciplined working environment within the production area.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Electronics, or related fields.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Semiconductor, Electronics, or Manufacturing industry.
• Experience in supervising production operators or leading a manufacturing team is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of production processes, quality requirements, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
