RFM Facilities Hiring! Full Time Site Supervisor (HVAC - Electrical) in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 3,800 - Ricebowl

Job Description:

• Supervise daily HVAC installation, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and repair works.
• Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, suppliers and clients at project sites.
• Monitor PPM schedules, breakdown response, manpower, materials and work progress.
• Supervise works involving split units, FCU, AHU, package units, ducted units and VRF/VRV systems.
• Conduct preliminary troubleshooting for refrigerant, electrical, control and airflow problems.
• Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, safety requirements and manufacturer standards.
• Coordinate leak testing, vacuuming, refrigerant charging, testing and commissioning.
• Inspect completed works and ensure all defects are rectified before handover.
• Prepare daily site reports, service records, progress updates and supporting documentation.
• Attend site meetings and report project progress and technical issues to the Project Manager.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Building Services or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance and repair.
• Good knowledge of split units, FCU, AHU, package units and VRF/VRV systems.
• Able to perform basic HVAC troubleshooting and read technical drawings.
• Experience supervising technicians and subcontractors.
• Possess a valid CIDB Green Card, driving licence and own transportation.
• Good communication, reporting and site coordination skills.
• Willing to travel and respond to urgent breakdowns when required.

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
