The Senior Cost Engineer (mechanical) focuses on the commercial optimization of tenders. This role requires advanced analytical skills to evaluate subcontractors proposals and strong negotiation capabilities to secure conoetitive execution costs on all type of building or civil construction projects.

Review mechanical or electrical excution plans (acmv, P&S, Fire Electrical work etc) including building layout plan into the costing and procurement strategy basis.

Manage to request M&E price submission to subcontractors, vendors and all related parties on tender job.

Support HQ led local or international tenders with required tasks to he coordinated with HQ team and conduct market research in 3rd countries if necessary including business trip to overseas as well.

Assist in project mobilization and serve as site Qs when deployed to project site.

Coordinate with M&E design firm to condict proper mgmt on work schedule, R& R , quantity take off , VE etc.
