Adobe Experience Cloud QA Tester

Location: Singapore

Employment Type: Contract (CON)

Experience: 3–6 Years

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Cloud QA Tester with hands-on expertise in testing Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, including AEM, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Campaign. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and integration testing experience across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test cases and test scripts for Adobe Experience Cloud implementations
• Validate content authoring, component behavior, personalization, and campaign workflows within AEM and Adobe Campaign
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Validate data collection, tagging, and event tracking using Adobe Analytics tools
• Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure a consistent digital experience
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and testing needs
• Log, track, and manage defects through to resolution
• Validate integrations between Adobe Experience Cloud solutions and enterprise platforms such as CRM, CMS, and eCommerce systems
• Participate in test planning, estimation, execution, and reporting activities

Preferred Experience

Experience working on enterprise digital experience platforms

Strong understanding of customer journey testing and personalization validation

Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery environments

Ideal candidates will have strong Adobe Experience Cloud testing expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure high-quality digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.
