Responsibilities
- Fully responsible for the construction, operation, and planning of Naisnow’s overseas supply chain system.
- Develop material preparation plans for new overseas store openings, overseas holidays, and semi-finished products (logistics & inventory management, including materials transportation for new stores).
- Lead the implementation process for new product launches overseas (progress tracking, project initiation, ordering, material warehousing plans, and distribution strategies), ensuring material supply during new product launches (logistics & inventory management).
- Regularly coordinate with departments to establish and implement solutions for expiring and stagnant materials, and be accountable for stagnant inventory rate (inventory management).
- Optimize inventory structure, establish shortage and stagnation warning mechanisms, improve the supply feedback process, and support the supply chain customer service team in order fulfillment — accountable for stockout and supply disruption metrics (inventory management).
- Oversee overseas store business planning, enhance stock-based planning systems, and provide support for safety stock preparation, allocation, and material distribution.
- Supervise external overseas suppliers on delivery, quality, and cost control to ensure compliance with the company’s quality, timeline, and cost standards.
- Experience in logistics within large-scale retail or consumer goods chains. Experience in managing fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) projects in 3PL companies is also acceptable.
- Experience in overseas supply chain management, with previous management of >RM 600 million worth of business.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with both Mandarin and English as working languages.
- Priority given to candidates with experience in building international logistics projects from scratch (0 to 1).
- Strong business acumen, logical thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
