About The Job
- Operational Leadership: Oversee daily supply chain operations, including procurement execution, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics.
- Production & Planning: Coordinate closely with the manufacturing team to align production schedules with material availability and demand forecasts.
- Inventory Optimization: Maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts while minimizing holding costs and waste.
- Vendor & Logistics Management: Monitor supplier performance and manage local/international logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the supply chain and implement lean practices to improve operational efficiency.
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Plant Manager.
Skills And Experience Required
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 experience in supply chain operations, specifically within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of production planning, material management, and inventory control.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced production setting.
