As a Systems Engineer, you will join a world-class infrastructure team responsible for designing, operating, and continuously improving large-scale Linux, HPC, cloud, and storage environments that support thousands of compute-intensive workloads.
Day-today:
- Designing and operating high-performance compute and storage infrastructure across on-premise and cloud environments
- Managing large-scale Linux systems spanning networking, storage, automation and monitoring
- Optimising HPC clusters, batch scheduling and container platforms
- Building cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP and Azure
- Developing internal tooling and automation that improves scalability, reliability and operational efficiency
- Driving observability, performance analysis and infrastructure optimisation
- Collaborating with engineering teams to solve complex infrastructure challenges at scale
Requirements:
- Strong Linux systems administration and infrastructure engineering experience
- HPC, DevOps, SRE or platform engineering background
- Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS, GCP and/or Azure)
- Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Ansible or similar
- Python, Go or Bash scripting
- Docker, Kubernetes and modern container platforms
- Solid networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, Ethernet)
- A passion for automation, systems performance and solving complex technical problems
