We're Hiring: Project Manager (Procurement)!

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specialising in Procurement to join our team in Singapore. The successful candidate will bring a proven track record in managing procurement projects, ensuring timely delivery and optimising costs while upholding high quality standards.

Location: Singapore, Singapore

Monthly Salary (SGD)$8,000 to $8,400

• Uphold governance standards throughout Government procurement activities, ensuring quality delivery aligned with agency goals
• Oversee adherence to Government procurement policies, regulations and guidelines, including IM8 and GeBIZ requirements
• Coordinate the full life cycle of procurement projects, spanning planning, sourcing and evaluation stages
• Draft and finalise procurement documentation, including Requests for Quotation and Approval of Requirement submissions
• Compile evaluation reports to support informed decision making
• Monitor procurement progress and furnish timely updates to stakeholders and management
• Maintain accurate records and documentation, including minutes of meetings
• Facilitate collaboration with cross functional teams and internal stakeholders to achieve procurement outcomes
• Support the Reporting Officer with additional procurement related and ad hoc tasks as required
• Apply sound judgement and attention to detail to ensure procurement processes meet compliance standards
  
  
  
  

• Experience overseeing the complete procurement cycle, from planning through sourcing and evaluation
• Working knowledge of Government procurement frameworks, policies and guidelines, such as IM8 and GeBIZ
• Strong documentation abilities, including minute taking and report preparation
• Meticulous and detail focused, with the discipline to see tasks through to completion
