As a HR & Digital Marketing Intern, you will get the opportunity to closely support our consultants with various recruitment and business development initiatives. You will also be responsible for boosting Citadel Search’s brand presence through developing engaging and interactive social media initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

HUMAN RESOURCE

• Learn the Citadel Search’s robust 7-step Search Methodology.
• Understand various industries and market works.
• Develop targeted job descriptions and compelling executive summaries.
• Identify and qualify suitable candidates for job roles.
• Grow our outreach to communities to reach target candidates.
• Leverage latest AI tools to enhance various recruitment processes.

DIGITAL MARKETING

• Conduct market research and generate effective marketing campaigns suitable for our target audience.
• Drive exciting marketing campaign initiatives by designing attractive marketing collaterals, conceptualising and curating interactive marketing content to increase engagement and growing social media presence on all our social media platforms.
• Immerse in new and innovative marketing technology tools to effectively plan, create, schedule, and publish content on our marketing/digital channels.
• Utilize analytical tools to understand the source of traffic to our website.

Requirements:

• Passionate about people-centric work and interested in the field of Human Resource
• Enjoy interacting with people and making a difference in people’s careers
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent writing skills with a flair in creating creative content
• Ability to work with WordPress
• Adept with basic design/Photoshop/Canva skills
• A-level/IB/Poly graduates or current undergraduate students are welcome to apply
